According to the present invention, disclosed are a rotor including a rotor core which is formed along an outer circumferential surface and includes a plurality of protrusion lines and a plurality of rotor magnets which is fixed among the protrusion lines, and a motor including the same. The protrusion lines include a first side wall and a second side wall. The rotor magnets include a first side corresponding to the shape of the first side wall and a second side corresponding to the shape of the second side wall. The rotor prevents the deviation of a magnet during high-speed rotation.
