PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoelectric generator which utilizes heat of an exhaust gas exhausted from an internal combustion engine to generate power, achieves a function as an exhaust heat recovery device, and improves the generating efficiency.SOLUTION: A thermoelectric generator HE includes a guide side wall 60 serving as an exhaust gas guide part which is provided so as to guide an exhaust gas to an area near a thermoelectric generation module 50 when the exhaust gas flows from a heat exchange passage ZB1 at the inner side to a heat exchange passage ZB2 at the outer side. |
