<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CV conversion circuit that includes a booster circuit, and can reduce switching noise.SOLUTION: A timing control unit sets an enable signal supplied to a charge pump circuit to a low level prior to only a predetermined period TA from a timing of a sample hold of a sample hold circuit. The charge pump circuit receives the enable signal, and stops its operation. Thus, switching noise generated in the charge pump circuit is not superimposed on a voltage sampled and held by the sample hold circuit.</p> |
