PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a "driving support device, driving support method and driving support program" capable of giving proper warning or diagnosis from the driving situation of a driver.SOLUTION: A driving support program 200 to be executed by an in-vehicle device 100 includes: object imaging means 202 for imaging an object related to road traffic information; traffic information acquisition means 204 for acquiring traffic information on the basis of the object; line-of-sight direction detection means 206 for detecting the line-of-sight direction of a driver; visual confirmation determination means 208 for determining whether or not the driver has visually confirmed the traffic information on the basis of the position of the object and the line-of-sight direction; visual confirmation time measurement means 210 for measuring a visual confirmation time until the driver visually confirms the traffic information; driving operation detection means 212 for determining a driving operation corresponding to the traffic information; operation reaction time measurement means 214 for measuring an operation reaction time since the driver visually confirms the traffic information until the corresponding driving operation is detected; and warning notification means 216 for notifying the driver of warning when the visual confirmation time or the operation reaction time is equal to or more than a predetermined time.
