A fuel pump (10) is driven by a brushless motor. The fuel pump (10) is provided with: a core (90); three supply terminals (72-76) affixed to the core (90) and supplying electric power to a coil wire (96) wound around the core (90); a resin layer (62) for holding the three supply terminals (72-76); and a ground terminal (78) which is held by the resin layer (62) while being insulated against the three supply terminals (72-76) and which is electrically connected to a control circuit for controlling the electric power supplied to the three supply terminals (72-76).
