摘要 The invention relates to a process for making pieces with surface of revolution from Al-AlO-Fe composite, having the chemical composition 70% Al, 25% AlO, 5% Fe, by simultaneous densification-sintering in a centrifuged metal mould. According to the invention, the process includes the following stages: a. moulding the piece with surface of revolution by freely pouring the homogenized powder mixture into a metal mould, where the external surface of the piece is limited by the metal mould and the internal surface by a metal cylinder made of Al sheet having a thickness of 0.2...0.3 mm, followed by closing the mould with a lid, b. the simultaneous densification-sintering achieved due to the centrifugal force developed by the mould centrifugation about the vertical rotation shaft, where the mould has an external diameter of 200 mm and a vertical rotation speed of 9000 rpm, resulting in a relative centrifugal force of 9055 g, the powder mixture being densified at a level of 78%, and sintered by melting the Al sheet cylinder, using a heating source introduced into the mould, which develops a temperature in the range of 650...680°C, maintaining it at this temperature for 12...15 min, after which the Al melt is led and infiltrated into the powder mixture under the action of the centrifugal force, c. natural cooling of the sintered piece inside the mould and extraction thereof with an extractor placed at the bottom of the mould.
