<p>The cover plate has a rectangular sub-plate on which a rectangular coating plate (110) is fixed, where thickness of the coating plate ranges from 2.5 to 5 millimeters. The sub-plate has spikes that are in the form of tabs to mount the cover plate on a front part of an electrical apparatus. An opening permits access to a functional part e.g. control pad, of the apparatus. The plate (110) has a metallic armature plate (140) incorporated in molded insulating structure material that is chosen from a group comprising cement concrete, lime concrete, cement, reconstituted stone and resin. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a method for fabricating a coating plate for a cover plate (2) a device for fabricating a coating plate, comprising a mold.</p> |
