<p>In the present invention, disclosed are a location information reporting method of a terminal in a mobile communication system and a device therefor. Specifically, according to the present invention, a packet data network gateway for executing a location information reporting function of a terminal comprises: a communication unit for transmitting/receiving location information of the terminal; and a control unit for controlling the communication unit, wherein the control unit comprises a data usage determining unit which, if location information of the terminal is received through the communication unit, checks whether data of the terminal is used when receiving the location information of the terminal; and a location information processing unit which considers whether the data of the terminal is used at the time of receiving the location information of the terminal, and which determines whether the location information of the terminal is to be reported to a policy and charging rule function device through the communication unit.</p> |
