<p>The present invention relates to a method and a tool for cultivating Platycodon grandiflorum. The present invention can cultivate Platycodon grandiflorum having abundant fine roots and rootlets as well as high crude saponin content without transplanting the Platycodon grandiflorum. The present invention can also increase the utilization of Platycodon grandiflorum as medicinal materials to increase the income while reducing the labor and costs for the cultivation and maintenance. The method includes the steps of: storing the soil with the cultivation tool positioned to protrude upward from the ground surface of the cultivation area without compaction; finishing the upper part of the cultivation tool storing the soil with a mulching vinyl sheet not to expose the soil; and planting one-year-old seedlings or seeds through the cultivation holes formed on the mulching vinyl sheet to cultivate the Platycodon grandiflorum for two to three years and harvesting the Platycodon grandiflorum.</p> |
