<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mascara applicator and a cosmetic capable of surely handling and applying mascara to eyelashes. <P>SOLUTION: In the mascara applicator with a plurality of projection parts 13 formed on a shaft core 12, the plurality of projection parts 13A and 13B are formed into a flat shape. Further, the plurality of projections 13 are constituted of a first projection part 13A whose longitudinal direction is inclined by a first angle relative to the circumferential direction of the shaft core 12 and a second projection part 13B inclined to a second angle differently from the first projection part, and are constituted such that the first projection part 13A and the second projection part 13B alternately and successively abut on the eyelashes MA accompanying the rotation of the shaft core 12 so as to make the advancing route of the eyelashes MA zigzag. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
