<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-extracting sheet which has an adhesive layer, a base material, a fine particle layer and a barrier layer at least in this order, and can enhance the efficiency of taking out the light by reducing a level difference of a refractive index between the layers; an organic electroluminescent device using the light-extracting sheet; and a method for manufacturing the organic electroluminescent device, which can efficiently manufacture the organic electroluminescent device with a simple process. <P>SOLUTION: The light-extracting sheet is formed of the adhesive layer, the base material, the fine particle layer and the barrier layer at least in this order, has refractive indices of each layer which are equivalent or increase from the adhesive layer toward the barrier layer, and has a maximum difference of the refractive indices between the adjacent layers of 0.2 or less. It is preferable that the light-extracting sheet is arranged so that the adhesive layer of the light-extracting sheet is brought into contact with the face at an organic electroluminescent layer side of a substrate in the organic electroluminescent device having the substrate, an anode, a cathode and an organic electroluminescent layer between the anode and the cathode on the substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
