<p>A rear side panel assembly of a motor vehicle body comprises an inner side panel element (20) and with an outer side panel element (30), wherein the inner and the outer side panel element (20, 30) are joined to one another in the transverse direction (y) of the vehicle. At least the inner side panel element (20) has, in relation to the vertical direction (z) of the vehicle, a wheel arch (29) adjoining downwards onto a longitudinal beam (4) and an inner roof frame profile (26) adjoining upwards onto a vehicle roof (7). The outer side panel element (20) has on its outer side (44), facing away from the inner side panel element (20), a connection region (42) for the detachable arrangement of a rear fender (12).</p> |
