<p>The case has a middle part for receiving a movement (100) on which a dial (3) is mounted, where the dial supports an upper subassembly or a glass (40) at a top portion (21) of the middle part. The middle part includes an extraction or adjusting device for extracting or adjusting the upper subassembly or the glass. The device includes push rods (6) to transmit, directly or via a push plate (8) at the dial, force applied to the push rods in an axial direction (D) from a lower portion (22) of the middle part, where the force is transmitted by the dial to the upper subassembly or to the glass.
