PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solvent for ink of ink for inkjet recording that has excellent adhesion to a PVC substrate, stable discharging performance when driving a recording head in a high-frequency region, and drying properties of printed matter using a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate resin produced by suspension polymerization and a method for producing the same; ink for inkjet recording and a method for producing the same; and a cartridge and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: In the method for producing the solvent for ink in which a vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer resin is dissolved in a solvent as a binder resin, the vinyl chloride/vinyl acetate copolymer resin produced by suspension polymerization is partially dissolved in a state where an undissolved gel-like component is included therein, and then fully dissolved using a thin-film spin system high-speed mixer. Also, the ink including the solvent for ink and the ink cartridge containing the ink are provided. |
