A seat mechanism includes a front seat plate (31), left and right guide rails (32) each having a longitudinal rail groove (322), a rear seat plate (41) disposed on the guide rails (32), two protruding rods (42) each protruding downward from a bottom surface of the rear seat plate (41) to a corresponding guide rail (32), a plurality of guide members (43) projecting sideward from each protruding rod (42) and inserted into the rail groove (322) of the corresponding guide rail (32) such that each guide rail (32) is slidable relative to the guide members of the corresponding protruding rod (42), and a plurality of fasteners (44) each extending through the rear seat plate (41) and detachably and selectively engaging one positioning hole (321) in the guide rails (32) for adjustably positioning the rear seat plate (41) on the guide rails (32).
