<p>The present invention relates to a composition for enhancing skin. According to the present invention, astragaloside II shows an antioxidant effect by eliminating free radicals, has an anti-inflammation effect by inhibiting production of NO, has an effect for alleviating atopic dermatitis by having excellent activity of PPAR alpha, and shows an effect for improving skin moisturizing due to an increase in expression of filaggrin, thereby being used for a pharmaceutical composition, a skin external application, a cosmetic composition, or a health food. Also, the astragaloside II promotes proliferation of skin stem cells and shows an effect of maintaining stem cells, thereby being used as a composition for promoting activity of stem cells and a cosmetic material comprising the same.</p> |
