The present invention relates to an inclination-adjustable ball array transfer apparatus and, more specifically, to a ball array transfer apparatus capable of controlling a transfer position and a transfer angle of an object to be transferred by arranging a flat surface transfer module capable of being straight moved to a target direction on a plate type inclined stage wherein inclination can be controlled as an outer side is lifted around the center. To achieve this, the present invention comprises: an inclined stage having a flatness unit in an upper side thereof and installed for an outer side thereof to be lifted around the center; a flat surface transfer module fixedly installed in the flatness unit of the inclined stage, wherein an object to be transferred is mounted on an upper side to be transferred; a support module coupled to a lower side of the inclined stage to support the inclined stage; and an inclination control module connected between the support module and the inclined stage and capable of being flexible in a longitudinal direction.
