<p>The present invention relates to a thermochromic tile for blocking infrared rays and a manufacturing method thereof. The method comprises: a step of firstly plasticizing an molded object for forming a tile; a step of glazing a glaze in an upper portion of the firstly plasticized result; a step of secondly plasticizing the result that the glaze is glazed; a step of forming a dioxide vanadium precursor solution by mixing a dioxide vanadium precursor and an organic solvent; a step of coating the dioxide vanadium precursor solution in an upper portion of the secondly plasticized result; a step of firstly heat-treating the result, which is coated with the dioxide vanadium precursor solution, in an inactive gas atmosphere, removing an organic material component contained in the dioxide vanadium precursor, and producing a nucleus of the dioxide vanadium precursor; and a step of secondly heat-treating the firstly heat-treated result in an oxidizing atmosphere, and making the nucleus of the dioxide vanadium grow to form monoclinic dioxide vanadium. According to the present invention, the thermochromic tile for blocking infrared rays and the manufacturing method thereof enable to increase the utility of an energy saving system, capable of reducing energy loss by selectively blocking the infrared rays carrying heat in accordance with external temperature, and of preventing condensation caused by the difference between internal and external temperatures.</p> |
