<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a dipeptide having a D-amino acid at an N-terminal and an L-amino acid at a C-terminal, its derivative, or its cyclized dipeptide. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the dipeptide performs a reaction using the D-amino acid or its derivative as an acyl donor, the L-amino acid or its derivative as an acyl receptor, and an aminopeptidase belonging to a peptidase family S12. The aminopeptidase belonging to the peptidase family S12 is capable of stereoselectively producing the dipeptide having the D-amino acid at the N-terminal and the L-amino acid at the C-terminal, its derivative, or its cyclized dipeptide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
