The device for connecting two carrying plates (1, 2), where the first plate has high stability than the second plate, comprises a connecting element (5), which is shifted by a rotation feed unit (11) in rotation, presses the second carrying plate on the first carrying plate with a collar and produces a friction welding connection to the carrying plate with a shaft. The rotation feed unit is equipped with a measuring device (14) that measures an axial power exercised by the rotation feed unit as also a respective feed length. The device for connecting two carrying plates (1, 2), where the first plate has high stability than the second plate, comprises a connecting element (5), which is shifted by a rotation feed unit (11) in rotation, presses the second carrying plate on the first carrying plate with a collar and produces a friction welding connection to the carrying plate with a shaft. The rotation feed unit is equipped with a measuring device (14) that measures an axial power exercised by the rotation feed unit as also a respective feed length and signalizes the pressure rise during mounting the shaft of the connecting elements on the carrying plate. The screw of the rotation screw unit is adjustable on three connecting steps, where the first step is adjusted on the penetration of the carrying plate and the second step is adjusted on the friction welding of the shaft with the carrying plate. The third step determines the friction welding process through increasing the axial power of the connecting elements on the carrying plate. Between the first and second step in an intermediate step, the rotation feed unit rotates the number of revolutions changed against the first step and changed axial power. The carrying plate consists of steel or light metal and the connecting element consists of steel or aluminum. The plates and the connecting elements are made of plastic. The rotation feed unit is adjusted in the first step on the thickness of the second carrying plate with the number of revolutions and axial power, in which the material of the second carrying plate flows in the area of the connecting element. The rotation feed unit rotates in the second step with number of revolutions changed against the first step, and axial power. In the third step, the rotation of the rotation feed unit is adjusted to zero and the rotation feed unit causes under pressure on the connecting element against the carrying plate. |
