<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil improving method which enables the amount of earth removal in the emission of a jet of drilling water or a jet of solidification material slurry to become larger than ever before, even when ground made of sandy soil is to be improved, and which can keep the amount of displacement of a soil improvement area and the ground on its periphery small. <P>SOLUTION: This soil improving method employs an earth removal-type high-pressure injection and agitation device 1 which comprises a rod 2 with a screw 3 and an agitating blade 5 with a nozzle 6. The soil improving method includes: a drilling step of lowering the rod 2 while emitting the jet of drilling water, in which Guar gum and a solvent (e.g. seawater) are mixed together, into the ground 8 from the nozzle 6; and a solidification material injection step of lifting the rod 2 while emitting the jet of solidification material slurry, in which the solidification material and the solvent are mixed together, into the ground 8 from the nozzle 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
