<p>A frame system for windows or doors comprising at least a first and a second profile construction. Each profile construction is provided with a first and second aluminum profile extending in a longitudinal direction and a thermally-insulating profile interconnecting the aluminum profiles, wherein the first profile construction is connected with the second profile construction. The aluminum profiles of the first and second profile constructions are connected to each other using welding joints, wherein the aluminum profiles as well as the welding joints are provided with at least one finishing layer extending over the aluminum profiles as well as the welding joints.</p> |
