The present invention relates to an air conditioning device for a vehicle composed to reduce the operational noise of actuators when the interior of a vehicle is quiet with the reduced rotation speed of a blower; thereby preventing the displeasure of passengers due to the operational noise of the actuators when the rotation speed of the blower is reduced. The air conditioning device for a vehicle comprises: a blower for sucking indoor and outdoor air and then blowing the air to the interior of a vehicle; doors for controlling the opening degree of an air passage; and actuators for operating the doors. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the air conditioning device for a vehicle comprises: a blower rotation speed detection unit for detecting the rotation speed of the blower; and a control part for reducing an applied voltage of the actuators to a preset voltage in a noise reduction mode when the rotation speed of the blower inputted from the blower rotation speed detection unit is a preset reference rotation speed or lower.
