The vehicle data may be obtained from on board sensors, vehicle identification, diagnostics or history data e.g. chasis condition, engine metrics, acceleration, pedal, steering and gear shift inputs, mode choice etc, and may be distilled, filtered or compressed. It may include driver data such as identity, age, sex or gender influencing driving style. The external data include weather, road class or conditions, roadworks or construction areas, altitude, reported accidents or incidents, typical traffic speeds or road curvature. The models may be continuously improved and service provider recommendations may be made. |
