<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection method of casing pipes, without causing complication of management and cost increase due to increase of the number of components, without causing increase of resistance when inserting a casing pipe due to formation of a part with an outer diameter outward projected more than that of the casing pipe, and to provide a suitable connection device used for the connection method. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for connecting casing pipes 1 to each other in a drilling unit, end parts 1A and 1B of the respective casing pipes 1 to be connected are formed such that the end parts 1A and 1B can be fitted to each other in a radial direction, and then, after the end parts 1A and 1B are fitted each other, the casing pipes 1 are connected each other by pressing at least one 1A of the end parts fitted on the radial outer peripheral side to its radial inner periphery side to plastically deform the end part 1A by a connection device 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
