PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a selling system for giving more merits to a consumer, a seller and a manager.SOLUTION: A merchandise selling device comprises: storage means for storing merchandise information including the first price of merchandise to be sold and a second price lower than the first price and a merchandise amount; price calculation means for calculating a current price by discounting the first price for each stage in which discount application conditions applying discount are satisfied; selling management means for accepting the purchase application of the merchandise from a user, and for performing the selling processing of the merchandise; amount calculation means for calculating the residual amount of the merchandise on the basis of the merchandise amount and the selling processing; and page generation means for generating a merchandise page for introducing merchandise on the basis of the merchandise information. When the current price is equal to or less than second price, the page generation means generates a merchandise page enabling the acceptance of the purchase application of the merchandise including the residual amount, for the specific user, and generates a merchandise page limiting the acceptance of the purchase application of the merchandise including the residual amount, for a non-specific user other than the specific user. |
