<p>The element (1) has a heat shield plate (10) mounted on a carrier plate (5), where a hot side of the heat shield plate and a cold side of the carrier plate are mounted on a support structure. A through hole (11) mounts the shield plate on the carrier plate. A recess is provided in the carrier plate at a position corresponding to the through hole, and a mounting screw (2) is inserted through the through hole. Head of the screw is captured in a space formed by the recess, and a side of the shield plate faces the carrier plate. An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a heat shield element.</p> |
