<p>The screw (1) has a thread section (4) with a thread (5) having an outer diameter and a pitch, and another thread section (12) with another thread (13) having another outer diameter and another pitch. The latter thread section is formed as a self-centering thread section. The latter thread has a widened thread crest (17). The latter outer diameter of the latter thread is smaller than the former outer diameter of the former thread. The pitches of the threads are different. The thread sections are spaced from each other. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a screw.</p> |
