METHOD OF ALLOCATING RADIO RESOURCES AND APPARATUS OF ALLOCATING RADIO RESOURCES IN SMALL-CELL NETWORKS

A method for allocating radio resources includes the steps of: obtaining available channel information of a small-cell network; analyzing channel characteristics based on the available channel information and dividing requested transmission ratio of the small-cell network into requested transmission ratio for each available channel; and performing power control for each available channel based on the requested transmission ratio for each available channel. The method for allocating radio resources can be executed in an interference environment that small-cell networks exist and the available channels are shared between the small-cell networks.
