The present invention relates to a compact pharmaceutical tablet which contains esomeprazole and enhances the manufacturability, consumption convenience, and patient compliance. According to the present invention, the compact pharmaceutical esomeprazole tablet is easily prepared while indicating the bioequivalence to the commercial pharmaceutical esomeprazole tablet prepared as a core granule. The present invention can significantly decrease the size of the tablet from that of the conventional tablet, thereby increasing the patient compliance and the consumption convenience.
