<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an anode mixture high in charge and discharge capacity and excellent in cycling characteristics; an anode mixture mixed liquid and an anode containing this anode mixture; and a lithium battery and a device provided with this anode. <P>SOLUTION: The anode mixture for use in an anode sheet 206 of a battery cell 201 is manufactured by mixing a solid electrolyte and an anode active material 230. The solid electrolyte includes lithium, phosphorus and sulfur, and the anode active material 230 includes a metal powder including at least one metallic elements selected from the group consisting of the group-13 and the group-14 in a periodic table.
