<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form with a two-dimensional code, which prevents the form with a two-dimensional code from being duplicated using a copier and improves performance in reading the two-dimensional code of the form. <P>SOLUTION: A two-dimensional code 13 is printed in a two-dimensional code print space 12 on a print surface of a thermal paper 11 serving as base material. The two-dimensional code 13 is overlaid with a masking solid print layer 14 made of mix-colored black ink that masks the two-dimensional code 13. The masking solid print layer 14 is overlaid with a first camouflage print layer 15 made of a mix-colored black ink that makes difficult the visual recognition of the two-dimensional code 13 and a second camouflage print layer 16 made of mat ink that is a color material for a transparent mat. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
