<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method and molding device using a core, for forming a hollow molded product having open portions, in which an inner diameter of the open portions can be controlled highly accurately and hollow portions having an intended size is attained. <P>SOLUTION: The molding method using a core includes: a step of depressurizing the air from closed space which is formed across a pair of mating molds to thereby suck one thermoplastic resin sheet so as to have a shape of corresponding cavities thereby regulating the outer diameters of open portions 240 and 242; a step of moving the pair of split molds to a mold clamping position thereby interposing two thermoplastic resin sheets, respectively, between corresponding cavities and the external surface of the core to regulate the internal diameters of the open portions 240 and 242; and a step of opening the molds to a mold opening position, and drawing out the core from the open portions 240 and 242 formed in the direction crossing the direction of relative moment of the pair of split molds. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
