<p>The objective of the present invention is to provide a swash plate type hydraulic motor and a swash plate type hydraulic pump having a construction with which abrasion/cracking of the swash plate can be prevented, without applying a hardening process such as thermal processing to the swash plate. One embodiment of the present invention is a swash plate type hydraulic motor (1). A spherical surface part (8b) is formed integrally on the swash-plate-side end face of a tilting piston (8). A plate member (10), which has a concave part (10a) on the tilting-piston side having the same shape as the spherical surface part (8b) and into which the spherical surface part (8b) fits in a slidable manner, and a sliding surface (10b) on the swash-plate side that slides on a second support surface (7b2), is arranged between the swash plate (7) and the tilting piston (8).</p> |
