<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eyelash cosmetic that is excellent in water resistance, sebum resistance, rub resistance, and adhesion in addition to the cosmetic effect like curl keeping, a long eyelash effect, color development, and luster or the like, has smooth stretch, and can be easily applied. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayer type eyelash cosmetic comprises filling at least one oil layer including (A) a volatile oil and (B) a colorant, and at least one water layer including (C) a film-forming agent, and (D) water by the condition in which the layers do not mutually dissolve, wherein the water layer includes the following ingredients (E) and (F): (E) one kind or at least two kinds of water-soluble polymers selected from poly (meth)acrylic acid salt, polyethylene glycol, sodium hyaluronate, polyvinyl alcohol, and polyvinylpyrrolidone; and (F) a polyhydric alcohol, and does not includes an oily ingredient substantially. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
