<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reinforcing a foundation of an existing building, which can secure a deficiency or margin of load-carrying capacity of a press-in pile. <P>SOLUTION: A method for reinforcing a foundation of an existing building includes: a preparation step of forming a working space 4 below the existing building 1; a first press-in step of forming a press-in pile 2 by pressing a plurality of pile component members 5, 5... into the ground while adding them in the working space 4; a plate mounting step of fixedly mounting a support plate 3 on an exposed part of the press-in pile 2; and a final press-in step of further pressing the press-in pile 2 into the ground and pushing a leveling work surface of the working space 4 by an undersurface of the support plate 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
