<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic wave device that can appropriately suppress an adverse effect of tensile force applied to terminals on the reliability of the elastic wave device. <P>SOLUTION: A SAW device 1 includes: a substrate 3; an excitation electrode 13 disposed on an upper surface 3a of the substrate 3; a cover 5 covering the excitation electrode 13; and terminals 7 electrically connected to the excitation electrode 13 and exposed to an upper surface 5a of the cover 5. An upper surface 7a of each terminal 7 has a first, conductive region 7aa and a second region 7ab capable of causing a smaller tensile force applied to solder 105 disposed on the upper surface 7a of the terminal 7 than the first region 7aa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
