PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of elongation of a terminal electrode provided to a circuit board, and to effectively prevent deviation of a ferrite-magnet element at the time of mounting in a reflow solder process.
SOLUTION: In a non-reciprocal circuit element, a ferrite-magnet element 9 in which a central electrode is arranged on at least one main surface of a ferrite 10 containing a pair of main surfaces facing each other and permanent magnets 20A and 20B are bonded to the pair of main surfaces of the ferrite 10, is mounted on a circuit board such that the main surface of the ferrite 10 are vertically positioned. On the lower surface of the ferrite 10, connecting electrodes 15a, 15b, and 17a electrically connected to the central electrode are provided. Connecting auxiliary electrodes 18a, 18b, and 18c connected to the connecting electrodes 15a, 15b, and 17a are provided on the lower surfaces of the permanent magnets 20A and 20B. The connecting auxiliary electrodes 18a and 18b are not extended on the lower surface of the permanent magnet 20A. The connecting auxiliary electrode 18c is not extended on the lower surface of the permanent magnet 20B. The connecting auxiliary electrodes 18a, 18b, and 18c are arranged in a zigzag in the major side direction of the ferrite 10.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
|
