<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a polyether amide elastomer excellent in melt moldability, molding processability, toughness, bending fatigue resistance, impact resilience, low-temperature flexibility, sound-deadening property, rubbery properties and the like, having a low specific gravity, and with the polymerization promotion effect in production of the polyether amide elastomer being held, excellent in color tone, heat discoloration resistance and transparency, and having little-varying transparency after a wet heat treatment; and to provide a polyether amide elastomer obtained by the production method. <P>SOLUTION: The production method of a polyether amide elastomer comprises a step of melt polycondensating a specific diamine (A), a polyamide-forming monomer (B) and a dicarboxylic acid (C), wherein in the case where a phosphorus-containing compound (D) is added before or in the middle of the step, the melt polycondensation is carried out in the presence of D; and in the case where D is added after the step, a polymer obtained by the melt polycondensation in the step is melt kneaded in the presence of D, and wherein 100 pts.mass of the polyether amide elastomer contains 0.005 to 0.3 pt.mass of the phosphorus atom. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
