The present invention relates to a refrigerating system using liquid nitrogen. The objective of the present invention is to facilitate a low-temperature storage of food by having the refrigerating system for spraying liquid nitrogen through the spraying nozzles have a quick cooling effect when an internal temperature of a refrigerating car, a refrigerating ship, or a cold storage rises at a set temperature or higher. The refrigerating system to refrigerate goods stored in a refrigerating room of the refrigerating car, the refrigerating ship, or the cold storage comprises: a pressure container installed in one side of an inside or an outside of the refrigerating room, and charged with liquid nitrogen; an opening and closing valve installed in an outlet of the pressure container, opened and closed by an on-off control to spill or block the charged liquid nitrogen; a pipeline fixated on the inner ceiling and wall of the refrigerating room from the opening and closing valve at a predetermined pattern; the spraying nozzles installed in the pipeline at a constant interval, spraying the liquid nitrogen spilt via the opening and closing valve from the pressure container by the on-control of the opening and closing valve into the refrigerating room; one or more temperature detection sensors installed inside the refrigerating room to detect the internal temperature of the refrigerating room; and a control part to control the on and off of the opening and closing valve in accordance to the internal set temperature of the refrigerating room through signals detected by the temperature detection sensors.
