PC BOX CULVERT CONCRETE COMPOSITION UNNECESSARY FOR STEAM AGING AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR PC BOX CULVERT USING THE SAME

Disclosed in the present invention are a PC culvert concrete composition capable of eliminating the need for steam curing and a manufacturing method for PC culvert using the same. The manufacturing method for PC culvert comprises: (a) a step of manufacturing a concrete composition; (b) a step of placing the concrete composition inside a PC culvert mold where concrete steel bars are installed; (c) a step of curing the concrete composition placed in the PC culvert mold; and (d) a step of separating the PC culvert mold upon completion of the curing of the concrete composition. In step (a), the concrete composition is applied to high early strength cement, and is an early strength development concrete composition which is to realize compression strength at above 10 MPa within 6 hours of curing without steam curing in step (c). In addition, in the early strength development concrete composition, a hardening accelerator is added by 5-8 parts by weight to 100 parts by weight of the high early strength cement.
