<p>The present invention relates to a composition for enhancing skin. According to the present invention, tabersonine promotes skin reproduction by promoting synthesis of collagen of fibroblast, alleviates wrinkles and promotes elasticity, shows an antioxidant effect by eliminating free radicals, has an anti-inflammation effect by inhibiting production of NO, shows a whitening effect by inhibiting synthesis of melanin, has an effect for alleviating atopic dermatitis by having excellent activity of PPAR alpha, and shows not only an effect for improving skin moisturizing due to increase of expression of filaggrin, but skin appearance enhancement due to skin brightness improvement, thereby being used for a pharmaceutical composition, a skin external application, a cosmetic composition, or a health food. Also, the tabersonine promotes proliferation of skin stem cells and shows an effect of maintaining stem cells, thereby being used as a composition for promoting activity of stem cells and a cosmetic material comprising the same.</p> |
