The present invention relates to an apparatus for folding the scraps of a vacuum insulation material. The folding apparatus has an installation plate (2) vertically installed on an end of a support (1). The installation plate (2) includes a tape fixing means (3), a scrap pressing means (4), and a tape cutting means (5). Accordingly, the present invention can increase the speed and convenience of the process of folding the outer scraps of the vacuum insulation material conventionally done by manual labor to increase the efficiency and productivity of the process.
