<p>The present invention relates to an online payment system for vitalizing offline payment including a user terminal, a seller terminal, a payment agency server, a mobile communication server and a payment server. The user terminal transmits payment information including first payment money as to payment request information from the seller terminal to the payment agency server by driving a payment agency application. The payment agency server receives payment information from the user terminal, and transmits the payment information to the mobile communication server, and then receives the payment money information from the payment server. The mobile communication server transmits a payment check request message to the user terminal by using user terminal information included in the payment information from the payment agency server, and receives a payment check message as to the payment check request message through the payment agency server, and accordingly, transmits payment progress information to the payment server. The payment server transmits second payment money based on the payment progress information to the payment agency server.</p> |
