<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle sensor hardly subject to the influence of electromagnetic noises on a connection wire constituting a sensor stator. <P>SOLUTION: The angle sensor includes; a sensor rotor formed with a planar coil and a sensor stator including multi-X shaped planar coils (10A-10D) and disposed facing to the surface of the sensor rotor. Forward planar coils 10B and 10D and reverse planar coils 10A and 10C formed on a stator board of the sensor stator are connected in series via connection wires 15a-15e, one end of the series of planar coils 10A-10D is connected to a positive terminal 16 via a connection wire 15d, and the other end is connected to a negative terminal 17 via a connection wire 15a. The connection wires 15a-15e are disposed within a range smaller than a one loop along the disposition of the series of planar coils 10A-10D and a folded connection wire 15e is disposed along the rest of connection wires 15a-15d with one end 10a of the series of the planar coils as a fold-over point and connected to the negative terminal 17. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
