<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily connect overlapped thin plates with each other using a screw member without using a large-sized machine tool, and further to hardly incur positional deviation between the thin plates after the connection. <P>SOLUTION: A hole 21 and a hole 22 are formed in a thin plate 11 and a thin plate 12, respectively and a rising wall 4a is formed at an edge of the hole 22 in the thin plate 12. Then, the thin plate 21 and the thin plate 22 are overlapped with the rising wall 4a outside in such a manner that the hole 21 and the hole 22 are matched. Next, when a tapping screw 3 is inserted from a side where the rising wall 4a is formed into the hole 22 and threaded into the hole 21, the rising wall 4a is pressed and deformed with a head 31 of the tapping screw 3 and the thin plates are connected while reducing a hole diameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
