<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer circuit that has a wide frequency band and a low output impedance. <P>SOLUTION: The mixer circuit comprises: first and second transistors connected in series to receive first and second opposite phase input signals input into respective gates; a first switch circuit disposed between a first power supply and the first transistor and controlled on/off by a local oscillation signal; and a second switch circuit disposed between the second transistor and a second power supply and controlled on/off along with the first switch circuit by the local oscillation signal.
