The device (1) has a mounting device (6) that accommodates mowed agricultural biomass from a soil surface by rotor teeth (10). The mounting device is transported in a conveying flow against a locomotion direction (F). An engaging body (17) is arranged downstream to the mounting device for bypassing the biomass. The body extending transverse to the direction is formed by a sliding surface upwardly curved concave to the conveying flow based on a horizontal conveying section of the conveying device. The body is aligned after a side of the biomass lying on the soil surface. |
