The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a pattern non-woven fabric in order to manufacture a pattern non-woven fabric enclosing a foam support mat installed inside a vehicle seat, an apparatus for manufacturing a pattern non-woven fabric to apply the manufacturing method thereof, and a pattern non-woven fabric realized by the manufacturing method and the manufacturing apparatus. The present invention is configured to realize a pattern non-woven fabric having different physical properties on both sides thereof by sequentially carrying out an opening process, a hoppering process, a carding process, a cross lapping process, a primary and secondary needle punching process, a heating process, a cooling and transport process, a printing process, a cross cutting process, a winding process and the like. The present invention can realize a pattern non-woven fabric capable of enhancing elasticity, tensile strength, and durability while maintaining the original texture of a non-woven fabric by forming a napped layer having cushioning on one side and forming a rigid layer on the other side using single equipment. |
