The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a Portulaca oleracea L. extract using mechanochemical treatment, including: a washing step of washing collected Portulaca oleracea L.; a cutting step of cutting the washed Portulaca oleracea L. into a certain size; a first crushing step of crushing and activating the cut Portulaca oleracea L. with use of a mechanochemical machine; a drying step of vacuum-drying the activated Portulaca oleracea L. powders; and a second crushing step of crushing and activating the vacuum-dried Portulaca oleracea L. powders with use of the mechanochemical machine. |
